1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering is preferred.
2. At least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the roofing or building materials industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Target-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
5. Proactive, energetic, and willing to travel frequently.
6. Owns a private vehicle and holds a valid driving license (SIM C/A).
