Job summary

PT THE CLOTHES is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for a luxury fashion multi-brand environment in Jakarta. You will lead the sales team, drive high standards in customer service, and manage stock across stores.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of Retail Store Leader experience in fashion retail, a college degree, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with willingness to work holidays. This role demands a target-driven mindset and strong brand knowledge.

• Minimum 2 years as Retail Store Leader in fashion retail
• Minimum 2 years in the Fashion Retail industry
• College degree or equivalent
• Willing to work on holidays and public holidays (Shift Schedule)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in retail business, especially fashion

Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint (or similar)

Having good working experience in retail business, especially the Fashion Industry
