We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Retail Operations Manager to join our Bali office. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across our eCommerce channels — including customer service, fulfilment, activations, troubleshooting, supplier coordination, and reporting.
You’ll be the go-to person for our customer service and operational teams, helping drive daily progress, solve issues, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. While a separate marketplace specialist will manage listings and ads, this role will oversee operational workflows across all platforms including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire retail operations function, including CSR, dispatch (Shopify, Amazon FBA, Shopee, TikTok Shop), activations, troubleshooting, suppliers, and reporting
Act as the main point of contact for the CSR team, guiding them on escalations, assigning tasks, and ensuring enquiries, refunds, and follow-ups are handled efficiently
Assign and track tasks across the operations team (e.g. order follow-ups, activation requests, dispatch coordination)
Oversee fulfilment and dispatch workflows, ensuring timely shipping across Shopify, Amazon FBA, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, and following up on delays or issues
Supervise the activation process and assist in resolving activation-related problems
Liaise with suppliers on stock availability, pricing, activation support, and product concerns
Monitor orders across platforms to identify suspicious activity or issues, using platform tools and manual checks
Coordinate with the marketplace team to flag any issues with product listings, pricing, or content that need updating
Review and maintain internal tracking systems and operational reports to spot issues or areas for improvement
Collaborate closely with the warehouse, logistics, customer service, and marketplace teams to keep everything on track
Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve performance across teams and platforms
Skills & Experience Required
Experience managing or leading retail operations in an eCommerce environment
Strong understanding of fulfilment workflows across Shopify, Amazon FBA, Shopee, and/or TikTok Shop
Confident managing a customer service team and assigning priorities
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of organisation and ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks daily
Comfortable working with tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, and basic reporting systems
Based in Bali and available to work full-time from our Bali office
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Airtable or other task management tools
Experience in telco, travel tech, or logistics-based businesses
Understanding of marketplace expansion or international eCommerce operations
