About the role

PT My Everything Indonesia, a leading retail brand in Central Jakarta specializing in fashion (T-shirts) and children's toys (Sam-Sam & Hotweels), is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operations of its multiple store locations. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing store performance, and ensuring excellent customer service across the company's retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of multiple retail stores, including staffing, inventory management, and sales targets
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of retail team members to foster a skilled and motivated workforce
• Implement effective merchandising and visual display strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales
• Monitor store performance and profitability, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with broader business objectives
• Identify and address operational challenges, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
• Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the stores, leading by example and promoting the company's values
• Opening store, looking for a place to open the store, checking goods and displays

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Retail Manager role, preferably in the products Fashion & Toys industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies
• Proven track record of driving sales and operational efficiency in a multi-site retail environment
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
