Job Summary :

PT. Virtual Niaga is a startup, and we are seeking a Retail Manager to lead and execute the retail strategy for our upcoming product and store launch. This role will oversee both offline and online retail operations, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pre-launch planning, operational setup, and post-launch execution, driving sales performance and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Retail Strategy & Sales Planning :
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market retail strategy, defining sales channels, pricing, and promotional tactics to meet business objectives.
  • Set sales targets and revenue projections for offline and online channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Establish key retail KPIs including conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), and customer retention.
  • Sales Strategy & Performance Readiness :
    • Develop a pre-launch sales strategy focusing on early brand awareness, pre-orders, and exclusive product drops to drive initial traction.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to design sales-driven campaigns, influencer activations, and loyalty programs.
    • Optimize online-to-offline (O2O) sales funnels, integrating website traffic into store visits.
  • Retail E-Commerce Setup :
    • Lead the establishment of online sales channels (e-commerce website, marketplace, social commerce).
    • Oversee store location selection, interior setup, merchandising plans, and in-store experience design, ensuring everything is executed according to plan and on schedule.
    • Implement omnichannel retail systems, including POS, inventory management, CRM, and payment gateways.
