Retail Management for TOSHIBA TVMI brand (Manager & SPV level)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead all sales team to achieve sellout target
• Responsible to analyze, check and review of sales performance from all Indonesia branches
• Manage all branch representative members in all Indonesia
• Check and review of shopfront conditions
• Maintain store display conditions, including SKU, price, promotions, stocks, etc.
• Create and build good communications across departments and branches
• Work alongside sales and marketing team to ensure sales growth
• Create detailed reports for top management
• Create new ideas to improve whole store and retail conditions

Requirements:

• S1 degree minimum
• Intermediate English language is required
• Experienced in TV business preferable
• 2-3 years of experience in retail management
• Ability to lead the team
• Good skills for Microsoft Office apps
• Responsible to deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both individually and in a team
