Qualifications
- Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience as supervisor or manager level in health or beauty retail industry would be advantage
- Experienced in handling new store opening projects
- Willing to travel outside Jakarta.

Job Description
- Responsible for the preparation and operation of the new store opening project.
- Provide training and accompany new store leaders regarding daily operations in terms of products, displays, systems and employees, so that store leaders can carry out operations independently.
- Provide training and guidance to the store team to improve the quality of work to be more efficient.
- Develop and update curriculum, training materials and Standard Operating Procedures related to operational developments in the store.
- Develop and develop measuring tools to see training results
- Responsible for evaluating the training and work performance of the store team, as well as analyzing other necessary training needs.
- Coordinate with other divisions to improve the quality of retail operations training.
