Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze store sales, operations, and generate reports on daily, monthly, and yearly sales for planning and review purposes.
- Monitor and control the efficiency of store operations daily, including sales performance, strategy, inventory management, advertising, promotion, and customer service.
- Maintain relationships, communicate, and negotiate with all area partners.
- Implement changes and improvements as required by management.
- Participate in merchandise buying analysis and decisions.
- Lead and perform effectively in managing the operational manpower.
- Lead creative development and create motivating stimuli to encourage targeted populations to take action.
- Establish performance standards, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Brainstorm and implement new and innovative growth strategies.
- Control and monitor inventory, sales operations, and merchandising areas.
Qualifications:
- Attractive personality; maximum age 45; Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Highly creative with the ability to think out of the box.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in retail sales, operations, and merchandising in the fashion industry.
- Proficient in computer skills, especially Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Outstanding analytical, data-driven thinking, and leadership skills.
- Positive mindset, team and individual work ability, effective communication, and professionalism.
- Attention to detail, trustworthy, with a pleasant personality.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing practices.
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia.
- Owning a vehicle is an advantage.
