Retail Banking Optimization Manager

Retail Banking Optimization Manager have a unique role in which you are executing digital campaigns strategy to increase activation and improve usage of customers and maintaining programs that educate customers on product functionality to support Jago’s aspiration to reach millions of customers. You will work together with like-minded people inside the Retail Banking organization that oversee the brand’s narrative, customer engagement, and acquisition throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities

1. Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of mobile app marketing initiatives to drive adoption and engagement of the Jago mobile app, including sharia-compliant options.
2. Demonstrate the ability to work at both strategic (generating innovative growth ideas via paid and owned channels) and tactical levels (managing advertising campaigns, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems).
3. Oversee and improve tracking, attribution, and data access to analyze key metrics such as cost to acquire, traffic quality by source, and ROI.
4. Run campaigns utilizing growth hacking techniques, A/B testing, and multivariate testing.
5. Build, develop, and manage relationships with third-party agencies and top mobile ad networks; develop and execute App Store Optimization strategies.
6. Provide comprehensive performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant actions based on insights gained.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience: 5 years or demonstrable equivalent
• Digital marketing experience: 3 years or demonstrable equivalent
• Proven ability to create innovative marketing programs and partnerships that generate results (paid and owned media)
• Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in analytic tools like Google Analytics, Flurry, spreadsheets, and data analysis and presentation
• Expertise in campaign optimization tactics for CPA, CPC, CPI, and revenue-sharing models with a focus on ROI
• Relevant experience in paid mobile app marketing, digital marketing, and display/search marketing
• Experience in Sharia-compliant marketing will be a plus
