Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Retail Area Manager to lead our retail operations in Malang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing store performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a passion for the retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and maintain sales targets and store KPIs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to support store expansion and business growth.
- Monitor and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Ensure product availability, stock accuracy, and proper visual merchandising according to company standards.
- Lead, coach, and motivate store teams to deliver high productivity and service excellence.
- Review and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in gadget accessories or gadget-related businesses.
- Proven ability to work with targets and a strong result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing large teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Solid understanding of store operations, stock management, and offline sales strategies.
- Familiar with Indonesia’s retail landscape and skilled in conducting market analysis.
- Willing to be placed in Malang City.
