Job description

Analyze stores sales, operations, and generate reports on daily, monthly, and yearly sales for planning and review purposes.

Monitor and control store operations daily, including sales performance and strategy, inventory management, advertising, promotion, and customer service.

Maintain relationships, communicate, and negotiate with all area partners.

Implement changes and improvements as required by management.

Participate in merchandise buying analysis and decisions.

Qualifications:

• Maximum age of 33 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in retail sales, operations, and merchandising in the fashion industry.
• Computer literacy; proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, positive mindset, ability to work in a team and individually, effective communication, high professionalism, and result orientation.
• Attention to detail, trustworthy, and pleasant personality.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia.
• Owning a vehicle is an advantage.
