About the role

Join the dynamic team at PT Suri Tani Pemuka (JAPFA GROUP) as a Result Delivery Office Specialist. As a full-time position based in Jakarta, you will play a key role in the Corporate Development division, driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results for the business.

What you'll be doing

• Support the development and execution of corporate strategies and ensure initiatives align with business priorities.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective governance.
• Conduct business and financial analysis to support strategic decisions and investment planning.
• Monitor performance through KPI dashboards and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify risks and obstacles, applying PDCA methodology to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare executive-level reports and facilitate stakeholder engagement across departments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Business, Economics, or related field; Master’s (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
• Have experience 2 years in consulting, corporate strategy, or business development roles.
• Strong analytical thinking, advanced Excel & PowerPoint, and familiarity with BI tools and project platforms.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, KPI frameworks, and business case development.
• Excellent communication in English, collaboration, adaptability, and integrity in handling confidential matters.
