Inspired by the elegance of the Louvre Museum and the rich culinary heritage of the archipelago, we have embarked on a journey to redefine the art of pastry in Jakarta.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable Restaurant Supervisor to join our team!

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth workflow across service and kitchen teams.

Job Overview:

You will lead and support staff in delivering a high-quality dining experience, manage shift schedules, resolve customer issues professionally, and ensure all operational standards are met. This role plays a key part in maintaining service consistency, team efficiency, and a welcoming atmosphere through strong leadership, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.

Job Description:

- Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high standards of customer service and hygiene.

- Ensure food and beverage quality, presentation, and service meet company standards.

- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coverage.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure stock availability.

- Oversee cleanliness and safety of dining areas and service stations.

- Operate the POS system, monitor daily sales, and prepare shift reports.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting.
