Job description

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high standards.

Lead, train, and manage front and back-of-house staff to ensure excellent service.

Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Analyze financial reports and propose strategies to increase profitability.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for a smooth workflow.

Organize schedules, manage payroll, and ensure adequate staffing.

Plan and execute promotional events or special functions.

Report directly to senior management with updates on performance and needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in the food & beverage industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Solid understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and staff supervision.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Proficient in POS systems and MS Office.

Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
