Job Description:
- Lead and support a multi-cultural team.
- Ensure efficient food and beverage (F&B) operations, maintaining high standards of production, productivity, quality, and guest service in accordance with Viking’s STAR Service Standards and all Public Health Policies.
- Organize and execute F&B related ship functions and special events in conjunction with the Executive Chef.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery based on feedback from the Restaurant Team, aligning with Viking’s STAR Service Standards.
- Assist, train, and lead the restaurant team to success; foster a culture of ownership and responsibility, providing guidance, training, and information as per company standards and operational needs.
- Maintain impeccable grooming standards within your team at all times, adhering to Viking’s Image and Uniform Standards.
- Constantly review service delivery across all guest and crew outlets during operational hours.
