  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and a memorable guest experience
  • Maintain high standards of organization and quality across all departments, from the front of house to the kitchen
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively to uphold our reputation for excellence
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability throughout the restaurant
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing feedback, and implement training to refine team skills and maintain high morale
  • Oversee budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to drive profitability while upholding service standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
