About Us:

You will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience.

The restaurant is opening on the former site of Fat Mermaid, now undergoing a full transformation into a refined yet welcoming space rooted in Indonesian culture with a modern edge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including floor service, reservations, team management, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and schedule the service team; foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and learning.
  • Handle complaints and special requests with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and marketing teams for events, menu rollouts, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, labor costs, and overall performance targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in premium or boutique dining.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams with a hands-on management style.
  • Experience handling high-volume service and special events.
  • Strong understanding of modern service standards and hospitality systems (POS, CRM, reservation tools).
  • Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage.
