Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations.
  • Ensure food, beverage, and service quality meet company SOP standards.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and overall profitability.
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance of service & kitchen teams.
  • Oversee inventory, cost control, and cash flow management.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinate promotional programs and events with the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Education & Basic Knowledge
    • Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree (Hospitality, Hotel/Tourism Management, or Business preferred).
    • Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
    • Strong understanding of kitchen & service SOPs.
  • Work Experience
    • 3–5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1–2 years as a Supervisor/Assistant Manager.
    • Experienced in managing teams of 20+ staff (service & kitchen).
  • Operational Skills
    • Ability to create and implement service & kitchen SOPs.
    • Staff scheduling and attendance control.
    • Stock & inventory management.
    • Food cost & waste control.
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Skilled in training and motivating service & kitchen teams.
    • Strong problem-solving during peak/rush hours.
    • Firm yet fair in staff discipline.
    • Able to build a positive work culture.
  • Customer Service & Marketing
    • Attentive to guest needs and able to handle complaints with professionalism.
    • Knowledge of strategies to increase repeat customers (membership, promotions, online reviews).
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing and collaboration with MarCom (Instagram, TikTok, Google Review).
  • Language & Culture
    • Proficient in English (spoken & written).
    • Basic Korean language skills are a plus.
