Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure food, beverage, and service quality meet company SOP standards.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and overall profitability.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance of service & kitchen teams.
- Oversee inventory, cost control, and cash flow management.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively.
- Prepare operational reports and provide improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate promotional programs and events with the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Education & Basic Knowledge
- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree (Hospitality, Hotel/Tourism Management, or Business preferred).
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
- Strong understanding of kitchen & service SOPs.
- Work Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1–2 years as a Supervisor/Assistant Manager.
- Experienced in managing teams of 20+ staff (service & kitchen).
- Operational Skills
- Ability to create and implement service & kitchen SOPs.
- Staff scheduling and attendance control.
- Stock & inventory management.
- Food cost & waste control.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Skilled in training and motivating service & kitchen teams.
- Strong problem-solving during peak/rush hours.
- Firm yet fair in staff discipline.
- Able to build a positive work culture.
- Customer Service & Marketing
- Attentive to guest needs and able to handle complaints with professionalism.
- Knowledge of strategies to increase repeat customers (membership, promotions, online reviews).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and collaboration with MarCom (Instagram, TikTok, Google Review).
- Language & Culture
- Proficient in English (spoken & written).
- Basic Korean language skills are a plus.
