Join our Stube family! We’re looking for a charismatic and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and build strong relationships with our guests. This role goes beyond management—you will be the face of Die Stube, engaging with customers and creating a welcoming, memorable dining experience while ensuring all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining high service standards and SOP compliance
  2. Act as the PR face of Die Stube, warmly welcoming guests and ensuring they feel valued
  3. Engage with customers, build personal connections, and remember regulars to enhance their experience
  4. Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide top-notch hospitality
  5. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care
  6. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain quality food and service
  7. Manage staff scheduling, shift planning, and team performance
  8. Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met according to SOPs
  9. Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control for food, beverages, and supplies
  10. Plan and execute promotional activities, special events, and guest engagement initiatives
  11. Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability

Requirements:

  1. Experience as a Restaurant Manager
  2. Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging personality
  3. Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  6. Knowledge of food & beverage operations (German cuisine experience is a plus)
  7. A natural people-person who can build and maintain strong customer relationships
  8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  9. Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus
