Job description

PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Area Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all restaurants under your jurisdiction provide the quality of service expected by the brand, while also monitoring sales growth, revenue, and managing employees.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure each meets the company’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and profitability within each restaurant.
  3. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and budgeting, to achieve financial targets.
  4. Coordinate with the marketing department to implement promotional activities and events that drive customer traffic and sales.
  5. Act as a liaison between the corporate office and restaurant managers to ensure policies and initiatives are correctly implemented.
  6. Analyze customer feedback and dining experiences to identify areas for improvement or innovation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4+ years proven managerial experience in the hospitality industry, with emphasis on food and beverages.
  • Culinary, tourism, hospitality, or food service management degree is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. Highly adaptable, a team player with leadership qualities and delegation skills.
  • Genuine interest in F&B, self-motivated, able to forecast food and beverage needs, with attention to detail and resourcefulness.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
