Resort Manager - Dive Resort in Maratua Island

About the role
As the Resort Manager at Noah Maratua Resort, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's operations to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. This full-time role is based on the stunning Maratua Island, located in East Kalimantan.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and recreation activities.
2. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
3. Oversee the resort's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
4. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of resort staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to attract and retain guests.
6. Ensure the resort's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.
7. Monitor and respond to guest feedback, addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
8. Represent the resort at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders.
