Job Description:
  1. You ensure a friendly and professional service following the S.T.A.R. Service Experience standards while maintaining the pool area and resort decks clean and in order at all times. Consistently and effectively delivering beverage related services in the same areas, in accordance with department SOPs.
  2. Provide a professional, welcoming, and sales-oriented F&B service following the S.T.A.R. Service Experience Standards.
  3. Ensure absolute cleanliness and order in accordance with HACCP and USPHS rules, department SOPs, and supervisor instructions.
  4. Operate service procedures according to SOPs and Department Service Standards.
  5. Set up working areas in accordance with standards and procedures before guest arrival and maintain them during the day until closing.
  6. Refurbish and replace supplies continuously throughout the day.
  7. Return used towels to the Laundry Department for washing.
  8. Maintain sun chairs and all other furniture in the working area spotlessly clean at all times and restore their condition immediately after guest use.
  9. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Food and Beverage items served in the area and in other areas when substituting positions.
  10. Maintain knowledge of all complimentary Bar Menus to deliver exceptional service at all times.
  11. Ensure all service delivery follows applicable standards and procedures at all times.

Actively participate in any training provided and ensure maximum retention of the shared knowledge.

  1. You must not operate any equipment you have not been trained on. When operating equipment, use great care to prevent damage or injury.
  2. Store and manage any assigned inventory stock according to set par-levels, following safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
  3. Assist other departments upon instruction from supervisors as required.
  4. Participate in loading and other tasks as directed by supervisors.
  5. Perform any other related duties as requested by management or supervisors, as this job description is not exhaustive.
