Residential Sales Manager (Strong in Hotel Background)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Residential with a strong background in the hotel or hospitality industry. The role will focus on driving sales performance, building client relationships, and developing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for our residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve residential sales targets.
- Leverage hotel/hospitality experience to enhance customer experience and service excellence.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients, corporate accounts, and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize promotional activities and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hotel, hospitality, or residential property sector.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong market knowledge and network within the hospitality and property industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
