What We’re Looking For

International Sales Manager

• 3–5+ years of proven success in real estate sales (luxury market preferred)

• Fluent in English

• A strong existing network of clients and global real estate agents

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

• A results-focused approach with the ability to activate leads quickly

Indonesian Sales Manager

• Indonesian citizen with fluent English (additional languages a plus)

• 3–5+ years of experience in property sales

• A solid network in the local real estate market

• Strong interpersonal and sales abilities

• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
