Qualifications

• High passion in sales and marketing.
• Active in creating and uploading content (photos/videos) on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Own personal vehicle (motorcycle) and valid Class C driving licence.
• Communicative, confident on camera, persuasive, and well-presented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote residential units online and offline
• Create and upload attractive promotional content (photos/videos) consistently on social media
• Conduct outreach, follow-up with prospective buyers, and accompany site visits
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective consumers through the transaction process
