Job Description

This role will oversee sales for Anantara Ubud Bali Villas, a resort-branded residential development currently under construction in Payangan.

The ideal candidate must already be based in Bali, possess in-depth knowledge of the island’s real estate industry, and have an extensive network and experience in the luxury residential market.

The position will be based on-site at Anantara Ubud Bali Resort.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of proven sales and marketing experience within the luxury real estate sector or similar
  • Thorough understanding of Bali’s real estate market, including its landscape, customer base, and sales processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Self-motivated and driven, capable of setting and achieving targets independently with minimal supervision
  • A team player, able to nurture cross-cultural collaboration and perform under pressure
