AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our front office team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations and ensuring an exceptional experience from the first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all reservation inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms
  • Ensure accuracy in bookings, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations
  • Provide detailed information on room types, rates, and hotel facilities to prospective guests
  • Utilize the Property Management System (PMS) proficiently to maintain accurate guest information
  • Assist in maximizing revenue through effective selling techniques such as upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the hotel booking process and knowledge of reservation systems (PMS)
  • A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
