Research & Product Development Analyst

Responsible for supporting the entire real estate development process, from initial feasibility studies to project completion. The duties include assisting with project planning, design, financing, construction, and marketing, while ensuring compliance with market demand to maximize property value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and analyze project feasibility.
2. Manage design & planning that requires working with architects and designers to create property plans and designs, ensuring they meet project goals and regulations.
3. Support budgeting exercises, including preparing the proposed budget and business plan, quarterly re-forecasting processes, tracking variances, and key performance indicators.
4. Support internal reporting, coordinating with several internal departments to ensure proper tracking and timely, accurate reporting.
5. Monitor the property market, identify trends, gather data, maintain research databases, and generate forward-looking research.
6. Assist in developing marketing strategies, promoting projects to potential buyers or tenants, and assisting sales processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Real Estate or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
2. Intermediate expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
3. Experience in financial modeling and real estate markets and valuation methodologies for various assets.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
5. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ownership mentality, flexibility, and inquisitiveness.
8. A demonstrated interest in real estate development & asset management.
9. Ability to multi-task projects with overlapping deadlines.
10. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and process-driven environment.
