Responsibilities
- Conduct end to end in-depth research on Shopee and other services within Sea Group
- Analyze consumer behaviors, preferences, and pain points using both quantitative and qualitative data
- Design and manage surveys and other research tools to capture market sentiment
- Translate research findings into actionable insights for product, marketing, and leadership teams
- Build compelling research reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with minimum 1 year of experience in market or user research (preferably in e-commerce/tech)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and statistical tools (SPSS or R)
- Familiar with SQL and research/survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer)
- Skilled in creating insight-driven presentations using PowerPoint
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Curious, proactive, and able to identify emerging trends
- Effective in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Willing to travel occasionally
