• Ensure research roadmap achievement in the Department /Program / Faculty / School
• Oversee successful research activities
• Expand curriculum through research to boost quality, industry relevance, employability, and internationalisation
• Coordinate with SCC / Head of Program to integrate research outputs into curriculum
• Promote research culture among faculty and students
• Design and lead research strategies aligned with the program
• Coordinate with other units to promote research and strengthen program competitiveness
• Develop faculty members to produce high-quality, recognized research
• Build strong internal and external cooperation to support program goals

Requirements

• Minimum Doctoral Degree in English Literature or other related field
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
• Minimum have Jabatan Fungsional / Jenjang Jabatan Akademik: Lektor Kepala
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
