Job description

Educational background in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Economics, or related fields, with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.

Over 5 years of experience in property research, consultancy, or valuation, including client engagement, project pitching, proposal development, and securing appointments.

Proficient in data analysis, working with complex databases, financial modelling, and property feasibility tools; strong in research, strategic thinking, and report writing.

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, team player, with a strong passion for data and property markets across sectors.

Responsibilities:

Lead and conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies, including highest and best use (HBU) analyses and indicative property valuations.

Provide market and financial analysis, providing strategic recommendations based on findings.

Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and contracts for research and consultancy assignments.

Collaborate with internal teams and support business development by identifying and engaging with prospective clients/new clients.

Supervise, coach, and provide guidance to junior research and consultancy team members to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of research reports and consultancy deliverables.

Maintain and update property databases and develop knowledge of property market trends, development regulations, and valuation principles.
