Job description

• Review national and sub-national policies on renewable energy and low-carbon tech for SMEs, mapping them against CEDAW, UNFCCC, the Paris Agreement and other gender/human-rights commitments.
• Design and coordinate multi-stakeholder focus groups; capture and analyse insights.
• Evaluate policy gaps, benchmark against global-national best practice, and draft concise, actionable recommendations.
• Prepare engaging materials for briefings, roadshows and a high-level dissemination event.
