PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia - Malang

Research and Development Engineer will be placed in our 4th plant, PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia in Malang.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of e-cigarette flavors, to align with consumer preferences and market trends.
• Develop and optimize new formulations and manufacturing processes to enhance product innovation and competitive edge throughout the R&D lifecycle.
• Track pilot production processes, troubleshoot technical issues during trial phases, and ensure seamless transition from R&D to trail production.
• Generate technical documentation to support mass production and provide technical guidance for process and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry, materials science, tobacco engineering, food science or related fields.
• Have experiences at least 3 years of relevant R&D experience (candidates with less experience can be considered for the Assistant Engineer position).
• Good in English, can use English as a working language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem analysis and solving skills, with sensory evaluation ability in traditional cigarette or e-cigarette.
• Self-driven, proactive in learning, and goal-oriented.
