Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor degree from Hotel Management, Tourism, Food Technology, or Industrial Engineering
• Min 5 years working experience in Pastry & Bakery especially in (European & Asian Bakery)
• Able to manage Large Pastry & Bakery Production and understanding about Pastry & Bakery terminology and core ingredients
• Experience in R&D circumstances, developing product, and good in transfer knowledge
• Have a good personality (Charming, energetic, hardworking, innovative, creative) and have good communication to bridge the customers.
• Excellent in English (speaking, writing, listening)
• Ability to analyze product, issues, and problem-solving
• Able to travel domestic/international in short or long periods
