Job description

The primary responsibilities of an Analyst will include conducting market research, analyzing data, providing insights, and producing articles, infographics, and other related publications. Data collection methods will include, but are not limited to: phone calls, field observations, stakeholder interviews, identification and surveys of real estate developments, review of government data, and various other sources.

For each assignment, a well-documented written review with insights and analysis will be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

Experience in quantitative and qualitative research.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to craft a narrative from analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of the property market and real estate trends is a plus.

The position requires the ability to work independently and in small teams. Meeting deadlines is of utmost importance.

Professional experience is not mandatory, but related experience in the property field is preferred.
