Alignerr is seeking a Voice Recording Specialist (AI Training) to capture natural, clear speech samples for training AI speech systems. This fully remote hourly contract role offers flexible, independent work and a few hours each week.

You’ll read scripts, vary tone and pacing, and ensure recordings are clean with minimal background noise while completing brief metadata. Remote, flexible hours 10–40 per week.

Qualifications

• Clear, natural speaking voice; any accent welcome.
• Access to a quiet recording environment.
• A microphone, headset, or smartphone with decent audio quality.
• Comfortable reading aloud and being recorded.
• Reliable and self-motivated when working independently.

Responsibilities

• Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and responding to prompts.
• Vary tone, pacing, and delivery to capture diverse speech patterns.
• Participate in scripted and natural conversational recordings.
• Ensure recordings are clean and free of background noise.
• Complete brief metadata forms describing each recording session.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible schedule.
