Job summary

You will craft trade marketing strategies, POS materials, and promotional tools to boost visibility and drive demand.

Collaborating with sales and brand teams, you will analyze market data, optimize programs, manage budgets, and report on impact, all while thriving in a flexible, fully remote work

Qualifications

• Proven experience in trade marketing or related field, preferably FMCG.
• Strong understanding of retail channels, shopper marketing and promotional mechanics.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and promotional plans to support sales objectives and drive brand visibility at retail level.
• Create POS materials, in-store displays, and promotional tools to enhance product appeal and drive impulse purchases.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for program optimization.
• Collaborate with sales force to provide tools, training, and support to execute trade initiatives.
• Manage trade marketing budgets with efficient resource allocation and ROI.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade programs and provide regular reports and recommendations.
