Job summary

Pt Sukses Lancar Konsultan seeks a seasoned Tax Accountant to join a fully remote team serving clients across Indonesia. You will ensure tax compliance, optimize strategies, and deliver expert guidance from your home office.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in accounting or related field, 4+ years in tax accounting/advisory, strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, and proficiency with tax software and Excel. Remote work with flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field (Master's or a professional tax certification preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax accounting, advisory, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, reporting requirements, and tax planning.
• Proficiency with tax preparation software and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file corporate, individual, VAT, and withholding tax returns accurately.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to identify liabilities and savings opportunities.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients to minimize exposure.
• Ensure compliance with current Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Liaise with tax authorities and assist during audits as needed.
• Provide expert tax advice and consultation on complex issues.
• Review transactions for potential tax implications.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
• Maintain meticulous records of tax documentation and correspondence.
