Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience managing social media for brands.
• Strong understanding of platform mechanics and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
• Proven ability to craft platform-native content: hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs, and concise storytelling.
• Experience with content operations: calendars, briefs, approvals workflows, and collaboration with design/video teams.
• Comfort evaluating content for risk: misleading claims, policy violations, brand safety, and sensitive-topic handling.
• Strong analytics instincts: read performance signals and turn data into iteration plans.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Reliable, self-directed, able to work hourly, remote, across time zones.
• Experience with AI data training/annotation or content review workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: prompts and gold-standard social outputs to guide AI learning.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve engagement, clarity, platform fit, and brand alignment.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe/misleading claims, policy risks, and bias.
