Qualifications

• We’re looking for a creative short-form video editor who knows how to make videos stop the scroll.
• Editing 100 Reels and UGC-style videos per month (less than a minute each).
• Understand modern short-form pacing, strong hooks, clean storytelling, and engaging effects.
