Job summary

Pt Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a Senior Legal Analyst specializing in Intellectual Property for a fully remote role. You will safeguard IP assets, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires deep IP law knowledge, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage a remote workload and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, IP or related field; Master's or certification is desirable.
Minimum 6 years' experience in intellectual property law.
Experience with patent and trademark prosecution, IP due diligence, and portfolio management.
Strong knowledge of global IP laws and remote-work capability.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive IP searches including patentability and trademark clearance.
Assist in preparation and prosecution of IP applications globally.
Review IP clauses in licensing, R&D, and collaboration agreements.
Monitor competitor IP activities and market trends.
Support IP litigation matters with research and case prep.
Maintain IP portfolio database with filings, deadlines and ownership.
Develop and deliver IP awareness training for internal teams.
Identify and protect new inventions from R&D efforts.
Conduct due diligence for IP in acquisitions or partnerships.
Stay updated on IP laws in key jurisdictions.
