RIVRS is seeking a strong, hands-on 3D game artist to lead and develop the Art team across our Roblox projects. You will create high‑quality stylized assets, set art direction, and ensure consistency across in-game models, thumbnails, icons, and interface visuals.

The role balances production and leadership (about 60/40) and offers growth toward an Art Director position. You’ll collaborate with designers and producers across Europe and Asia, mentor artists in France, Vietnam, and Indonesia, and

Qualifikationen

• 3-7 years of game art experience with shipped projects and a clear personal contribution.
• Strong stylized 3D modeling and texturing for real-time games with mobile readability.
• Experience leading, coaching, or training artists across time zones.
• Knowledge of real-time asset workflows, budgets for polygons/textures/materials.
• Fluent English and collaboration across teams and time zones.

• Produce stylized 3D models and textures for real-time games with visual consistency.
• Create and oversee thumbnails, icons, and promotional visuals with data-driven improvements.
• Set Roblox-friendly visual direction and per-game style guides.
