Remote Resume Writer & Social Media Marketing Specialist (Working from Home)

We are looking for a Remote Resume Writer & Social Media Marketing Specialist to support our maid agency by crafting compelling resumes for domestic workers and managing our online presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in resume writing, social media marketing, and Facebook advertising to enhance our brand visibility and attract potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Resume Writing:

• Create professional, well-structured resumes for domestic workers to enhance their job placement opportunities.
• Edit and format resumes to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Customize resumes based on employer preferences and industry standards.

Social Media Marketing:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the agency’s services.
• Manage and grow the agency’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Facebook Marketing & Advertising:

• Plan and execute targeted Facebook ad campaigns to attract clients and job seekers.
• Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
• Respond to inquiries and messages on Facebook professionally and promptly.
• Track campaign metrics and generate reports to measure effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in resume writing and social media marketing (especially Facebook).
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in Facebook Ads Manager and social media analytics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in the maid agency industry (preferred but not required).
