Keystone Compass is hiring a Remote Virtual Assistant to support US real estate clients from home in Indonesia. The role is full-time and night-shift, with responsibilities including admin, marketing, content tasks, social graphics, website/listing updates, and calendar management, communicating daily in English.

You will work US Pacific Time nights (11 PM–8 AM WIB) with a salary schedule that increases every two months, starting from a competitive Indonesian package.

Qualifications

• Fluent professional-level English: speaking, listening, reading and writing.
• Able to communicate daily with US clients by email, chat and video call.
• Willing to install Time Doctor on your computer during working hours.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut and/or WordPress.
• Reliable WiFi with upload/download speeds above 10 Mbps.
• Work from home in a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support US real estate clients with administrative, marketing and content tasks.
• Create social media graphics and short videos.
• Update websites and listings, manage email and calendars.
• Conduct research and data entry as needed.
