Job summary

Pt Lbm Energi Baru is seeking a dedicated Public Affairs Government Relations Lead to guide engagement with government bodies, policymakers, and stakeholders. This fully remote role requires strategic thinking, strong policy insight, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or policy analysis.
• Demonstrated understanding of legislative processes and government affairs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex policy issues clearly.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze relevant government policies, legislation, and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for engaging with government officials and policymakers.
• Prepare position papers, policy briefs, and advocacy materials for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with key public affairs stakeholders and industry associations.
• Advise internal teams on public affairs implications of business strategies and market trends.
