Job summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations remotely. This role is critical for ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and team performance is optimized, all from a remote work setup.

You will serve as the primary remote liaison between management and shop-floor teams, driving efficiency and problem-solving through effective communication and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team remotely.
• Strong understanding of production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MES and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and output.
• Implement and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and best practices across all operational shifts.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, and quality control departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
• Conduct remote performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
