Gapaian is seeking a certified Career Coach to contribute expertise to our AI product development. This part-time role focuses on guiding product direction and ensuring the coaching framework enhances user outcomes while you work remotely.

You will collaborate with the product team, translate coaching practice into practical features, and help define what great career support looks like. The role requires 5–10 hours weekly and values clear communication, empathy, and rigorous judgment.

Qualifications

• Certified career-coaching credential (ICF or equivalent).
• Proven coaching experience guiding clients on direction and development.
• Clear, actionable coaching that empowers clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product team to design solutions addressing real career challenges.
• Guide product direction and shape user experience through coaching insights.
• Define what great career support looks like and ensure the product reflects it.
• Surface gaps and opportunities and work with team to address them.
• Contribute frameworks and best practices to strengthen the product.
