Alignerr is seeking a Map & Location Data Analyst (AI Training) to verify and improve AI-generated geographic data. This remote hourly contract offers flexible, asynchronous work with 10–40 hours per week.

You will use maps and web tools to confirm addresses, place names, and location details, applying local knowledge to improve accuracy. No GIS background is required, but keen attention to detail and clear written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiar with your local area, including streets, landmarks, and businesses.
• Excellent attention to detail with a systematic approach to spotting errors.
• Comfortable navigating maps and web-based tools to verify data.
• Clear and concise written communication; able to document corrections.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working asynchronously on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify AI-generated addresses, place names, and geographic data for accuracy.
• Evaluate the quality of location-based search results and recommendations.
• Flag incorrect, outdated, or misleading location information.
• Apply regional knowledge to provide meaningful context and corrections.
• Complete structured, task-based assignments using maps and web tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
