You will review Python, JavaScript, and other languages, identify bugs and edge cases, rate code quality, and suggest improvements. This role values analytical thinkers who can explain technical concepts clearly and work

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language.
• Analytical and detail-oriented — you notice what others miss.
• A clear communicator who can explain technical concepts in plain language.
• Self-motivated and consistent in your evaluations.
• No formal CS degree or professional software engineering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages for correctness and quality
• Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and inefficiencies
• Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
• Suggest clear, well-reasoned improvements
• Work across a diverse range of programming challenges and difficulty levels
