Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors to join a Javanese (Indonesia) speech data collection project and help support evaluation and development of next-generation AI technologies.

This freelance, work-from-home opportunity involves recording natural speech, annotating data, and following project guidelines. Start date is immediate; the rate is 5 USD per hour with flexible, task-based scheduling (roughly 2–4 hours daily).

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Javanese (Indonesia).
• Advanced English reading to understand written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for annotations.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech following project guidelines.
• Capture speech from approved real-life situations such as workplace conversations or casual discussions.
• Complete conversational speech tasks or interact with AI/machine-based systems.
• Annotate collected speech data according to instructions.
• Provide required information and metadata for each recording.
